Responsibilities
Inspire and guide the hospice team, ensuring every aspect of daily operations reflects compassion and excellence
Recruit, mentor, and empower dedicated professionals, fostering a culture where every team member feels valued and supported
Create and grow programs that bring comfort, dignity, and meaningful support to patients and families in their time of need
Build strong partnerships with community liaisons, Regional Sales Directors, and Program Directors to extend the reach of our mission and strengthen referral relationships
Champion quality by maintaining compliance with all regulations while always striving for the highest standards of care
Share insights and ideas with senior leadership to help shape the future of end-of-life care in the communities we serve
Anticipate staffing needs and design schedules that balance the well-being of patients, families, and team members alike
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, management or business related field required
If RN or LNHA, must have a current unencumbered license in the state of employment
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care management, home health, hospice, or related health programs required
Minimum Two (2) years of hospice experience required with intimate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and state department of health regulations
Marketing or Business Development experience in a healthcare environment required
Multi-site management experience required, hospice multi-site management experience a plus
Must be willing to travel and spend at least 50% of time in assigned region
