Controller
CFS is a program administrator for specialty property casualty and professional liability products, and they are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Controller to lead their accounting operations. The Controller will ensure the accuracy of financial data, support strategic decision-making, and lead the accounting team to maintain efficient financial processes.

Responsibilities
Manage accounting operations: AR/AP, GL, payroll, and financial reporting
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
Lead and mentor accounting staff
Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial planning
Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors
Reconcile monthly Balance Sheet, WIP to general ledger
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
10 years of corporate, public, or a mix
5 years of management
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
