Responsibilities

Work on enhancements to a variety of applications
Gain technical and business knowledge in systems that are instrumental in growing Progressive, including Direct Quoting
Develop information technology solutions and provide guidance to others for the development of high-quality, cost-effective information technology solutions that address business needs
Participate in design and development activities and ensure documentation of how the software was developed and will be maintained
Ensure that system modifications and improvements are successfully implemented
Provide support and clarification to help minimize confusion or disruption of business processes

Required

Minimum of 5 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
The completion of a technical training program and a minimum 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and a minimum of 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications

Preferred

Proven experience working with C#, Angular, HTML/CSS, and Web APIs
Knowledge of scrum/agile methodologies
Experience with technologies including Azure DevOps and GIT
Strong communications collaboration skills, and a willingness to support in testing efforts and drive automation improvements
