Responsibilities
Supports the ongoing program evaluation which may include the PMO toolbox to ensure best practices
Assists with project planning activities which may include project charter development and implementation plan building to ensure alignment with appropriate project management life cycle activities
Supports the design of project timelines and roadmaps as a tool to communicate with various stakeholders
Monitors progress against timeline and supports the preparation of monthly status reports to leadership
Assists with the coordination and facilitation of assigned project meetings
Partners with the project management office (PMO) or team to support programs and projects of medium to large scale and complexity
Qualification
Required
Bachelors: Business Administration (Required)
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in program or project management, business administration, management consulting or related field
Requires critical thinking skills
Exceptional communication skills
Strong analytic skills
Ability to differentiate between a project and operational activity
Decision-making ability
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Knowledgeable on how to apply the utilization of project management tools at various stages of the project life cycle
Preferred
Experience working with project management software systems (Microsoft Projects, SmartSheet, Miro, Service Now)
Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) preferred
