Partner with team on how to scale processes as the company continues to grow
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required
10 to 15+ years of progressive experience with at least 5 years of senior leadership experience
Multi-site, multi-state healthcare experience required
Preferred
CPA and advanced degree preferred
Private-equity backed company experience highly preferred
M&A experience preferred, (e.g. prior sale/change in ownership and/or acquisition integration)
