KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk for an assignment in Haverhill, MA. This role will support the accounting team with high-volume invoice processing and 3-way matching in a fast-paced, transactional AP environment.

Responsibilities

Performing 3-way invoice matching (primarily PO-based) and coding vendor invoices
Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and processing a high volume of invoices weekly
Assisting with check runs and payment processing
Performing account reconciliations
Supporting month-end close activities as needed

Required

Prior Accounts Payable experience
Strong experience with invoice coding and 3-way matching
Experience working in a high-volume AP environment

Preferred

Epicor ERP experience highly preferred
