Responsibilities
Constant communication with our beloved clients!
Attention to detail will be incredibly important in all aspects of this role, as well as the ability to recognize trends and identify opportunities for our clients
Maintain and optimize our clients’ online presence, including but not limited to: responding to both positive and negative reviews, management of online listings, social media profiles, and website optimizations
Assist with assembling monthly reporting data for clients
Edit and post blog content
Assist with planning and coordination for in-person client events
Assist the Account Management team and the Director of Operations with other special projects and audits for clients, as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a top priority in this role
Organized and resourceful, with strong attention to detail
Have a strong sense of integrity and honestly, and are not scared to ask questions
Must be a self-starter; able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter)
Preferred
Experience with Google Suite, Asana, Wordpress
Experience with MacBooks and Apple programs
