This role is critical due to expanding project needs and requires a hands-on scientist who can independently execute experiments and develop cell-based models.

Responsibilities
Independently design and conduct in-vitro biology experiments to support oncology research initiatives
Generate, maintain, and characterize stable mammalian cell models
Perform molecular biology techniques including gDNA extraction, PCR, and related assays
Develop, follow, and optimize laboratory protocols while maintaining accurate scientific documentation
Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and design follow-up experiments as needed
Cryopreserve, organize, and manage engineered cell line inventories
Collaborate with cross-functional research teams while maintaining compliance with laboratory, safety, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
MS degree in Biology or related field OR BS degree with 5+ years of relevant laboratory experience
Strong hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and cellular biology
Extensive experience with molecular biology techniques and experimental design
Proficiency in general biology lab procedures and aseptic techniques
Ability to independently execute experiments, document findings, and present results
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced research environment
