Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining efficient production schedules
Ensuring that materials, resources, and labor are aligned to meet production goals and deadlines
Working closely with various departments to coordinate production activities and optimize the use of resources
Monitoring production progress and adjusting schedules as needed to address any delays or issues
Collaborating with various departments, including procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics, to coordinate production activities
Utilizing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ERP systems to manage production schedules and inventory levels
Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement in scheduling and resource allocation
Assisting in the development and implementation of production planning policies and procedures
Providing support and troubleshooting for production-related issues
Performing data analysis to present relevant findings and suggestions to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
Typically entry-level 0 - 2 years of experience
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, ERP, MRP, MS Project, Excel
Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or CIS
Certification: APICS
Experience using SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau
