Responsibilities
Provide advanced HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning support with 5+ years of experience in Department of Defense and Navy program environments
Manage and analyze personnel data related to staffing, compensation, benefits, and performance in compliance with DoD and Navy regulations
Support cleared employee onboarding, offboarding, and access management for Navy contracts and classified programs
Assist the Facility Security Officer (FSO) with personnel security functions, including DISS/e-QIP processing, visit requests, clearance verification, and access control
Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD directives, and Navy-specific security and personnel policies
Prepare workforce, compliance, and audit reports for internal leadership and government stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Active Secret clearance
At least five years of progressive human resources experience
US Citizenship
5+ years related work experience
Preferred
Prior Navy experience
