Lead customer conversations and technical presentations (virtual & in-person)
Discover business and technical requirements and design tailored solutions
Translate complex technology into clear business value
Build architectures leveraging network, cloud, security, and collaboration services
Participate in RFPs, workshops, solution demos, and proofs-of-concept
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to win and grow business
Provide feedback to improve products and customer experience
Travel occasionally as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in CS/Engineering/MIS or equivalent experience
2+ years in technical pre-sales, engineering, or consulting
Experience with enterprise architecture and solution design
Knowledge in one or more of: global networks, edge/cloud platforms, security solutions, communications & collaboration
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complexity and solve problems creatively
Comfortable working independently and on cross-functional teams
Preferred
AWS Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional
Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Google Professional Cloud Architect
Kubernetes CKA/CKAD (edge + modern app relevance)
Cisco CCNA → CCNP Enterprise
Juniper JNCIS/JNCIP
MEF-CECP (carrier ethernet)
SD-WAN vendor certs: VMware VeloCloud, Cisco SD-WAN, Fortinet Secure SD-WAN
