Accounting
Responsibilities
Prepare individual and business tax returns accurately and efficiently
Analyze and interpret client-provided information for proper tax reporting
Communicate directly with clients to answer questions and provide guidance
Maintain organized, cloud-based client files and documentation
Deliver responsive, professional client service
Join the team in our office (Lake Norman, NC) for occasional meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of small business accounting experience
Minimum of 3 years of individual tax preparation experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a cloud-based, paper-light environment
Preferred
CPA preferred, but not required
Experience with partnerships, corporations, and closely held entities is a plus
