System One is seeking a Materials Management Analyst to support material strategy planning and data-driven supply chain activities for large, complex operations in Minnesota. This role is heavily focused on data analysis, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to support material availability and inventory strategy.

Responsibilities

Pull, analyze, and interpret material, inventory, and supply chain data to support material strategy planning
Run recurring and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft platforms and SAP to support decision-making
Support shelf-life discussions and material availability planning
Prepare, host, and facilitate meetings focused on data review, reporting, and material strategy
Coordinate with material warehouse personnel, site personnel, maintenance teams, and site leadership to support material-related needs
Communicate material status, data insights, and reporting outcomes to internal stakeholders
Support internal customers by providing accurate, timely material and inventory information

Required

Strong database and computer skills, including Microsoft platforms and SAP
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
Ability to work independently as a self-starter in an individual contributor role
Strong communication skills, including the ability to host and facilitate meetings
Comfortable working in a standard office and desk-based environment

Preferred

Experience in supply chain, materials management, or inventory management
