Delivery Director
Randstad Digital is seeking an internal Delivery Director to support a well-known customer. This role involves overseeing client relationships, ensuring service performance, and driving financial performance while managing a team to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
Support year-over-year growth across assigned clients
Support and participate in Industry Group cross-sell opportunities and client expansion initiatives
Assist in identifying and securing client expansion wins
Monitor and address SLA performance to ensure 95% target is met for assigned clients
Contribute to maintaining an overall Client Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% for assigned clients
Support efforts related to achieving a 90% CSAT rating on new ideas and innovation for assigned clients
Contribute to achieving an 80% CSAT participation rate for assigned clients
Support recruiting efforts to maintain an average time-to-fill of 10 days for assigned clients
Manage client escalations, prepare and present countermeasures, implement, and validating complete resolution and satisfaction
Support Delivery gross profit goals and achieving defined targets
Assist in cost-only management within assigned client engagements, contributing towards $0 in 90-day accrual reversals
Support bad debt management, ensuring $0 written off at 180 days, within assigned clients
Deliver high-quality communications to stakeholders, including sales teams, clients, and internal Delivery teams
Ensure compliance with Governance programs, including engagement logs, Delivery methodology, and Risk assessments
Lead and support in Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) efforts across assigned clients
Build and maintain deep Industry Group knowledge
Establish Standard Operating procedures with roles and responsibilities of the account team
Managing a team of direct and matrixed resources ensuring total program successful delivery
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited college or university or equivalent business experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a relevant IT or client-facing role in a multi-location environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be motivated, adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality results in an evolving, fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company, clients, and other contacts
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and project delivery
On-site at the client's work is required 4 of 5 days weekly
Best qualified candidates will have an Application Development engineering background that evolved into leadership positions (PM, SM, TPM) while still remaining highly technical
Deep and wide experiences with Java Fullstack, Node, React, Android/iOS Native plus cross-platform, SQL, Python, and QA. Plus Data Science and Data Analytics
Highly familiar and functionally proficient with emerging technologies of AI, GenAI, and Machine Learning
