Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate and institutional clients within wholesale banking
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow assets, liabilities, and fee-based income
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs and offering tailored banking solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Trade Finance, Treasury, Operations) to structure and close deals
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including client pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and on-boarding
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC/AML guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Prepare business reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for senior management

Required

Strong understanding of corporate banking products and credit assessment
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage complex, multi-product client portfolios
