Qualification
Required
Proficiency in loan origination, mortgage products, and lending regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Strong analytical and financial assessment skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines
Proficiency in financial software tools and related technologies used in mortgage processing
Ability to build and maintain client relationships and generate referrals
Active NMLS license and compliance with all state and federal regulations
Preferred
Experience in the real estate or mortgage lending industry is a plus
