Responsibilities
Responsibilities include establishing the Quality Governance Model, managing phase entry/exit criteria, leading daily defect triage, ensuring environment and test data readiness, and maintaining full requirements‑to‑test‑case traceability
The role must produce standardized dashboards, quality metrics, phase exit reports, and continuous improvement recommendations, while driving alignment through Medline’s PMO and governance boards
In addition to leadership and governance responsibilities, the QA Manager must bring hands‑on expertise with enterprise testing tools—including UFT, Playwright, Katalon, or equivalent frameworks—and demonstrate strong proficiency in performance/volume testing tools such as NeoLoad (or equivalent)
The role also oversees automation strategy, CI/CD integration, reusable test asset development, and scalable regression suites
Qualification
Required
10+ years of enterprise QA experience across ERP/WMS/TMS/automation landscapes
Hands-on expertise with enterprise testing tools—including UFT, Playwright, Katalon, or equivalent frameworks
Strong proficiency in performance/volume testing tools such as NeoLoad (or equivalent)
Establishing the Quality Governance Model

Leading daily defect triage
Ensuring environment and test data readiness
