Responsibilities
Manage intake and resource assignment of creative requests. Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Strategically prioritize and re-prioritize based on deadlines, requirements, capacity and a thorough understanding of the skill sets required to complete the job
Monitor team capacity and work directly with the creative services manager to ensure efficient and productive load balancing
Review creative project submissions for completion and accuracy. Assist in gathering details in partnership with project owners
Communicate between creative teams and project owners and occasionally stakeholders to ensure timing expectations set. Understand timelines, priorities and provide recommendations
Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports
Facilitate regular traffic meetings and provide updates to creative services manager. Resolve or escalate issues or blocks when encountered
Ensure all creative deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and workflows
Add members and update permissions to Monday.com users on an as needed basis
Collaborate with other Monday.com admins to monitor, maintain and improve the platform and processes as needed
Strong at building relationships, capable of working independently and adapt to changing priorities
Enhances team dynamics with a positive presence. Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail and accuracy
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in a traffic management or project management role within a creative services environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Monday.com, SharePoint and Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and managing multiple projects at once
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Strong at building relationships, capable of working independently and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency setting
Experience in health care, or a heavily regulated industry
Familiarity with creative production processes and terminology
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or advertising
Project Management certification
Solutions oriented, with a passion for continued learning
Fluency in Monday.com
