Responsibilities
Lead change management initiatives including training, user adoption, workflow demonstrations, staging demo environments, and creating documentation
Champion usability and guide teams through process transitions and product promotions
Manage end-to-end Shopify product implementations on a global scale, ensuring smooth deployment across multiple regions
Work extensively with Shopify Markets, including hub-and-spoke models, cross-border configurations, currency conversions, and international storefront setup
Drive large Shopify programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in change management and user adoption strategies
Hands-on experience with Shopify at enterprise scale, including global rollouts
Deep knowledge of Shopify Markets, international setups, and multi-region e-commerce operations
Proven experience in delivering large, complex product implementations
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train, guide, and support teams through major product changes
