They are seeking a Videographer and Graphic Designer to develop video and photo shoot concepts, manage on-location activities, oversee editing and production, and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality content creation.

Responsibilities
Develop video and photo shoot concepts, create storyboards, plan project schedules and scripting (as needed)
Coordinate on-location activities, manage photo and video equipment, direct talent (if applicable) and ensure high-quality content capture
Oversee/perform editing, color correction, sound mixing and the production/integration of motion graphics or visual effect to create final assets
Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members that show interest in photo/video production, to include setting up demos and best practices
Maintain, or develop new, content standards for video/photo production work to ensure consistency and quality across the enterprise
Keywording, tagging and metadata entry to ensure searchability within company DAM
Oversee project timelines, ensuring final deliverables are on time
Collaborate with stakeholders, requestors and team members to align project goals, updates and communication
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required, preferrably in Photography, Video Production, or Visual Communications; relevant field on-the-job experience may be considered in lieu of education
Strong portfolio of relevant real-world work to support
3+ years working experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative from concept through to final production
Preferred
Experience on omni-channel campaigns and/or activations preferred
Graphic Design experience is a bonus
Experience in the Agriculture industry or adjacent industries is a bonus
Working knowledge in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Wrike, ans Canto is preferred
Experience with Graphic Design Production, Layout, Branding, Typography, Concepting, Color Theory, Logo Creation, Slide Deck Creation, Template Creation is a plus
