They are seeking a full-time Service Turn Technician responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities
Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting
Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
Make ready units for new moveins
Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems
Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance (pre-scheduled times)
Must be available to work some weekends
Perform preventative maintenance activities
Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping
Pool maintenance
Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor or property manager
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen
