The role involves processing loan applications, maintaining accuracy in documentation, and contributing to workflow goals in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Support direct loan application processing and documentation review
Communicate with internal partners and applicants to ensure timely completion of required steps
Maintain accuracy across system entries and file updates
Contribute to daily workflow goals and productivity expectations
Participate in group screening and follow-up onsite interviews as part of the hiring process
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in customer support, administrative support, lending, banking, or similar environments required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a structured workflow with set productivity expectations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in consumer lending operations
Preferred
Call center experience strongly preferred!
