Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support data integration and warehousing initiatives
Oversee the architecting and management of our data quality and MDM processes using Boomi Data HUB
Proficient with architecting and building data models, with key focus on future proofing and scalability
Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to ensure efficient data access and performance. Standardization and Ease of Use are paramount
Implement data governance and security best practices to ensure the right level of access at the right time
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline/model performance and reliability
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data engineering practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or related fields
Deep experience with Boomi Data HUB/MDM or related data quality tools
Proficiency in data and integration tools (e.g., Python, Boomi, Rivery, Snowflake)
Strong experience with SQL databases, DBT or related data tools
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, ) and their data services
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Master's degree
Boomi Integration and Data HUB Certification
Experience with Software Product Life Cycles (design, develop, test, monitor)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of AI principles and design
Familiarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
