Responsibilities
Guide clients who do not yet own land through a proven, structured, and stress-free land selection process
Partner directly with New Home Specialists, buyers, listing agents, and internal teams to move clients confidently from contract to land to site analysis to closing to build phase
Prevent bad land decisions before they happen
Follow SOPs because they work
Educate and lead clients with authority
Know land details that can cost tens of thousands
Move fast and don’t let deals stall
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Land Specialist experience in the home building industry/construction industry
Active Real Estate license or Broker license – or be willing to obtain licensing prior to starting with Brown Haven Homes
2+ years of grading and lot preparation experience
