Responsibilities
Act as the owner’s Representative for Clean Utility systems throughout the project lifecycle
Support and lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at vendor sites (BWT – Massachusetts)
Support system delivery, installation, startup, and commissioning onsite
Provide CQV oversight for Clean Utilities systems (FAT through site execution)
Review and support utilities documentation, protocols, and turnover packages
Interface with utilities vendors, engineering, quality, and operations teams
Identify and resolve utilities-related issues during startup and execution
Qualification
Required
8–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech utilities / CQV
Direct, hands-on experience with WFI and Clean Steam generation systems
Experience supporting or leading FATs and startup/commissioning activities
Strong understanding of GMP utilities requirements and vendor coordination
Experience working on-site during project execution
Ability to work independently and represent the owner's interests
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred
