The Engineer-in-Training will support land development projects by preparing engineering designs and construction documents for various developments and assist with civil engineering design and calculations.

Responsibilities
Assist with civil engineering design and calculations for site grading, erosion and sedimentation control, water, wastewater, and stormwater systems
Support technical studies and contribute to AutoCAD-based design, including the preparation of plans, details, and specifications
Learn the permitting process by assisting with permit applications, agency coordination, and application tracking
Gain exposure to construction administration activities, including field observations and preparation of field and inspection reports
Assist with project scheduling, cost estimating, and coordination of project deliverables
Collaborate closely with project managers and senior engineers to develop technical, communication, and project delivery skills
Qualification
Required
0-2 Years of experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-Accredited Program
General knowledge of required design software (MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Good communication and technical writing skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Valid Driver's License
Ability to maintain required certifications
Preferred
Previous internships or work experience in the Engineering field
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
