$15/hr - $20/hrKwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a Buying Intern for their Fuel Optimization Department. This intern will assist the team with clerical tasks related to the purchase of fuel products and gain exposure to buying practices and logistics optimization.

Responsibilities
Assist with optimizing petroleum products daily based on markets
Assist with discrepancies from Suppliers (Fuel and External Haulers)
Research gains/losses associated to various daily decisions
Provide reporting assistance for efficiency and financial swings
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of general economic principles and methods
Knowledge and ability to use personal computers and related software applications
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Skilled in various computer software for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc
Skilled in task and time management
Skilled in utilizing resources to problem solve
Ability to prioritize and organize a variety of responsibilities
Ability to provide administrative support to the department
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with department co-workers, managers, directors, and external vendors
Preferred
Pursuing a Business, Finance or Logistics degree is a plus but not required
