This role involves supporting the NetSuite ERP implementation and driving functionality in alignment with business requirements, while also managing enhancement requests and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality and IT for NetSuite-related issues and enhancements
Monitor system performance and user adoption and proactively identify areas for optimization
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for future enhancements
Facilitate prioritization and submission of enhancement requests through the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Track and manage enhancement lifecycle from intake to deployment
Lead small to medium-sized NetSuite-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and module rollouts
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Support all planned NetSuite releases, including sandbox testing, impact analysis, and communication of changes
Collaborate with NetSuite admins and developers to validate release readiness
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality and other teams to ensure system capabilities align with business needs
Conduct training and create documentation for new features and processes
Qualification
Required
MUST Have GxP experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field of study
At least 8 years of IT experience
At least 5 years of experience in ERP systems
At least 2 years focused on NetSuite
Hands on experience working in GxP environment
Knowledge of GxP compliance, SOX compliance, GRC, and audit support in ERP environments
Experience supporting Cross-functional processes (P2P, R2R, O2C, D2B)
Familiarity with NetSuite release cycles, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and integrations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
NetSuite Implementation: 1 year
NetSuite: 2 years
Business Analyst: 7 years
GxP: 1 year
Must be able to pass and clear background check and Drug Test prior to starting

Preferred
Experience in Life Science Industries: pharmaceutical, BioTech or medical device industries
Familiarity with Freshservice, Smartsheet, or similar tools for change and project tracking
Strong background in business analysis and project management (PMP or Agile certification a plus)
