Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative and clerical support to department leadership and staff
Answer and route phone calls; assist visitors and respond to inquiries
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences; prepare agendas and meeting notes as needed
Manage calendars and email inboxes for department leadership
Maintain files and records in compliance with regulatory standards
Perform data entry, filing, mail distribution, and general office coordination
Coordinate office activities with internal departments
Maintain office and supply inventory, and keep work areas organized
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong typing skills (45–60 wpm)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel experience a plus)
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional healthcare setting
Preferred
2–5 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred
