Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional delivery teams to ensure high-quality service outcomes
Oversee Service Delivery & Operations Management across cloud platforms
Define and maintain SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs for cloud services
Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Security, and other teams to optimize performance and reliability
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
Manage escalations and high-pressure situations with effective problem-solving and decision-making
Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels
Own and manage Squad-based P&L , ensuring financial accountability and resource optimization
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in at least two cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization strategies
Experience with Agile delivery models and Agile Service Management tools such as Jira
Knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred
Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience in managing hybrid cloud environments
Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
