Responsibilities

Vendor Management: Select and manage external partners and vendors

Budget Management: Plan and control project budgets to ensure cost-effective production

Site Supervision: Supervise on-site setup, installation, and load out processes to ensure safety and quality standards

Schedule Management: Manage detailed timelines for pre/post production, setup, and rehearsals

Global Tour/Promotion Management: Oversee production logistics and operations for overseas tour/promotions

Field Operations: Handle on-site administrative tasks and operational issues during events

Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal departments (A&R, Visual Creative, Performance, Brand Experience, Management) to align creative production goals

Required

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in live production or tour management

Solid theoretical and practical understanding of stage fabrication and production mechanics

Capability to quickly grasp changing site conditions and respond rapidly to unexpected situations

Strong sense of responsibility and perseverance in production tasks

Openness to new challenges, diverse perspectives, and constructive feedback

Ability to cooperate effectively with various stakeholders

Ability to anticipate issues and respond preemptively

High level of professional ethics and responsibility regarding the strict confidentiality of sensitive information
