Responsibilities

Generate financial reports for senior leadership
Lead and manage the accounting function with comfortability to be hands on including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll entries
Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Supervise 1 direct report
Work directly with CFO to improve and create processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
7+ years experience
Manufacturing or Inventory exposure
