Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision and leadership to direct care staff
Ensure staffing coverage, adherence to schedules, and completion of daily responsibilities
Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with company policies and individual support plans
Coach, mentor, and support staff to promote professional growth and accountability
Address performance concerns and assist with training as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact during weekend shifts
Model professionalism, compassion, and ethical decision-making
Support individuals directly when operational needs require
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
A valid driver's license is required
Ability to direct staff, make sound decisions, and resolve issues effectively
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Reliable, accountable, confident, and compassionate
Preferred
Prior supervisory or lead experience in human services, healthcare, or direct care preferred
