Responsibilities
Daily monitoring and listening of conversation on corporate social media channels on X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube and across the web
Identifying and analyzing trends, sentiment, hot topics, and leads
Proactively seeking opportunities
Building relationships with various teams across the company
Enhancing our tracking, reporting, and automation processes
Ensuring compliance with policies, brand guidelines, and adhering to industry best practices
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Expert-level writing and presentation skills
An analytical mind, with a keen interest in learning how systems/processes work
Experience working on a global or multi-national team
Experience in the technology industry and/or a B2B public relations role
Quick-thinking, adaptable, and resilient to constant change
Knowledge of and experience with social media management and listening tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Brandwatch
Knowledge of and experience with enterprise content marketing tools such as Wrike, Asana, Jira
Experience collecting and working with data in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power Pivot, Tableau, Grafana, etc

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
