Responsibilities
Serve as face of the company manning the front desk and main phone line, ensuring all are met and answered in a timely, professional, concierge fashion
Greet all guests with professional concierge-like service and follow proper visitor procedures
Handle customer, vendor, employee and public inquiries and requests
Assist with daily mail sorting
Help coordinate office needs and catering
Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice
Qualification
Required
Exceptional professionalism, maturity, and level of discretion
High level of dependability and integrity
Needs to be able to work independently
Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Views customer care as high priority
Ability to work and commute in all weather conditions
Able to move about inside the office to access standard office equipment, etc
Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, alternating between sitting and standing
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as; keyboard, copy machine and printer
Ability to move and lift up to 30 pounds
Able to effectively communicate, listen, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers
