Responsibilities
Assist in accounts payable processing and coding invoices
Support weekly check runs and invoice filing
Contribute to accounts receivable processes
Prepare journal entries and AR reconciliations
Apply invoices to receivables
Multitask and pivot in a high-volume environment
Utilize MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience in high-volume invoice processing
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with Southware software
Previous accounting experience in similar roles
