Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant plays a key role in helping clients select trailers, parts, and services, combining consultative selling with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
Sell trailers, parts and service solutions with a customerfocused, consultative approach
Create selling opportunities through outbound customer prospecting
Maintain lot and showroom presentation to reflect company standards
Respond to and follow up with leads through phone, text and email
Manage quotes and opportunities in CRM systems as required
Support storelevel huddles, training and merchandising activities
Participate in tradeins, appraisals and basic financing process as needed
Provide accurate, ethical and efficient transaction processing in collaboration with the Business Office Administrator
Deliver aftersale support and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in sales, customer service or related field (automotive, RV or equipment industry preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn internal systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain professionalism under pressure
