Responsibilities

Apply advanced expertise to perform a broad and complex scope of process technology tasks independently
Lead troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives with a strong focus on efficiency and innovation
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams of technicians and Process Engineer
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and production to recommend solutions for process optimization and yield enhancement
Establish new methods or approaches for equipment setup, maintenance, and process testing

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years of relevant industry experience
Advanced understanding of semiconductor/hardware processing equipment and process flow
Ability to execute technical tests and experiments accurately and efficiently
Skillful in setting up, calibrating, and maintaining equipment used in semiconductor processes
Competence in interpreting test data and generating clear, concise reports including charts and graphs
Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, progressing from routine to complex cases with experience
Strong attention to detail to ensure process compliance and quality standards
Effective communication skills for collaborating with engineering, technical personnel, and line operators
Familiarity with preventative and unscheduled maintenance protocols
Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance throughout all activities
Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds
May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing
May require the use of Personal Protective Equipment
Application of proper industry safety procedures when working with dangerous elements or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc
Occasional travel to TEL factories, training facilities and customer locations may be required
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
