Participate in religious liberty litigation and other legal matters while mentoring law students
Perform all aspects of trial and appellate litigation
Contribute to other legal matters including participating in religious asylum proceedings, advising religious organizations, and preparing white papers or other reports
Research and identify potential new matters for the Clinic and provide guidance and feedback to law students on their clinical work
Qualification
Required
Law degree (J.D.)
Law license
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail, diligence, and initiative
Supportive of mission of Religious Liberty Clinic, Law School, and University
Preferred
1-3 years legal experience preferred
Judicial clerkship experience preferred
