Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining detailed project cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
Monitoring project expenditures and providing early warnings for potential overruns
Supporting the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for new projects and change orders
Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Planners, and Finance teams to ensure cost accuracy and financial transparency
Preparing and presenting regular cost performance reports to management and stakeholders
Reviewing and validating invoices, purchase orders, and contracts for compliance with budget allocations
Maintaining cost control systems and ensuring data integrity in cost management tools
Assisting in cash flow forecasting and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvement
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and analytical professional
Strong grasp of project cost control processes
Hands-on experience working within major EPC or oil & gas organizations
Skilled in using EcoSys, SAP, and Power BI to track, report, and forecast costs
Comfortable collaborating across functions, from project management to finance
Strong communication skills to clearly present data and insights to all levels of stakeholders
Experience in developing and maintaining detailed project cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
Experience in monitoring project expenditures and providing early warnings for potential overruns
Experience in supporting the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for new projects and change orders
