Responsibilities
Own and manage the full P&L for a complex manufacturing operation
Lead cost accounting and cost estimating strategy across the business
Partner with Operations to analyze labor efficiency, machine utilization, and production costs
Build and maintain standard costing, variance analysis, and margin reporting
Support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership
Leverage ERP/MRP systems to extract, analyze, and interpret operational data
Develop scalable financial processes to support growth and future acquisitions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
10+ years in manufacturing finance (aerospace strongly preferred)
Deep cost accounting and cost estimating experience
Hands-on experience working inside ERP and MRP systems
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership
Track record of driving margin improvement and financial rigor in manufacturing environments

Strategic thinker with strong operational instincts
Comfortable in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
Capable of stepping into a VP-level role within 2–3 years
Executive presence with the ability to influence across functions
