Accounts Receivable Assistant
Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Assistant to join their growing revenue cycle team. This role offers hands-on experience in accounts receivable functions and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounts receivable functions, including posting payments and reconciling accounts
Monitor outstanding balances and support follow-up on open invoices
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Support month-end closing activities related to AR
Respond to internal and external billing inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or an administrative finance role preferably in a long term facility or other related health care setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of accounts receivable and collections
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial systems
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred
