Responsibilities

Best-in-class marketing and digital presence for assigned portfolio through brand strategy and execution; experiential storytelling, content, and visual assets; and revenue generating technologies and merchandising
Manage and optimize the portfolio’s email marketing strategy
Ensure development and pull-through of hotels’ brand strategy across all consumer touch points
Oversight of paid media and advertising vehicles to maximize revenue delivery for portfolio of hotels
Champion, develop, and execute successful public relations, social media and influencer marketing strategies in partnership with internal and external resources
Collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing, Commercial Strategy partners, and above-property leadership to deliver on-strategy marketing programs
Manage internal resources and external partners/agencies and hold them accountable to delivering best-in-class service and performance
Influence the development and execution of portfolio-wide strategies

Required

Proven experience and knowledge of hotel and marketing technology tools and systems

Excellent attention to detail, flexible, and adaptable to change
Ability to operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines

Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require domestic & International travel and the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business needs
