Human Resources Manager
The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead daily HR operations and support company-wide people initiatives. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy administration.
Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Oversee daily HR department workflow
Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Support talent strategy, workforce planning, and retention efforts
Guide managers and HR staff on complex or sensitive HR matters
Oversee payroll-related processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Conduct annual performance reviews and support employee development
Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and policy compliance
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws
Stay current on HR trends and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or 5–7 years of HR experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish)
SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP
