Territory Manager

Responsibilities

Own and execute a territory business plan aligned with revenue and growth objectives
Prospect and develop new accounts while expanding utilization within existing customers
Build strong relationships with dentists, specialists, and practice teams
Support clinical cases, product trials, and workflow adoption in collaboration with education and clinical teams
Drive attendance and participation in educational programs, study clubs, and training events
Manage opportunities from initial engagement through close, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression
Collaborate closely with inside sales partners to maximize pipeline coverage and conversion
Maintain accurate CRM documentation of activity, opportunities, and territory insights
Analyze territory performance, identify gaps, and adjust strategy to achieve goals

Required

Proven experience in field sales, territory management, or a quota-carrying sales role
Demonstrated success in managing a geographic territory and achieving revenue results
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to engage confidently with clinical professionals and discuss workflows and solutions
Highly organized with strong territory planning and time management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with inside sales, education, and operations teams
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and forecast territory performance
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required

Preferred

Experience in dental, medical device, healthcare, or clinical sales environments is strongly preferred
A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
