Aftermarket Product Support Engagement Leader
GE Aerospace is advancing aviation technologies for today and tomorrow, contributing to the production of advanced jet engines and components. The Aftermarket Product Support Engagement Leader will create and manage agreements with suppliers to ensure aftermarket service levels and will be responsible for problem-solving with suppliers on customer issues.

Responsibilities
Engage with suppliers to enhance understanding and accountability for aftermarket product support commitments, such as spares availability, on-time delivery, repair turnaround time, warranty, and reliability
Collect and support analysis of supplier data regarding aftermarket support for customers
Support airline customer escalations of supplier-related issues
Learn about the documents that communicate supplier information and commitments to customers, including how they are created and maintained
Work closely with Contract Performance Managers, Delivery Leaders, and Services Sourcing's Commercial Leaders to address delivery constraints and other supplier issues
Collaborate with Procurement and Supplier Management colleagues on supplier visits and on-site reviews at suppliers’ facilities - represent the voice of the customer
Collaborate with customer service and fleet program management teams when challenges and opportunities involve engagement with a supplier
Learn about the process by which GE Aerospace provides assistance to certain suppliers in seeking regulatory approval, including how the decisions are made, how the process is documented, and how the assistance is provided
Travel up to 25% required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in procurement, project management, and/or contract negotiation and management)
A minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, project management, and/or contract negotiation and management
Travel up to 25% required
