Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Process commission checks and reimbursements
Support bank reconciliations and month-end closings
Prepare and submit required reports
Maintain accurate financial and compliance records
Support daily administrative and operational systems
Assist with facilities management and vendor coordination
Maintain organized records, files, and internal systems
Work effectively under deadlines while prioritizing daily tasks
Serve as a primary point of contact for agent questions
Assist agents with transaction management and compliance within KW systems
Help communicate the Market Center’s value story
Ensure agents have the tools, resources, and support needed to perform at their highest level
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office management experience
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Experience with real estate office operations or CRM systems (like Command) is a significant plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and task management
Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in a real estate office environment
Familiarity with Keller Williams systems (Command, transactions, compliance)
Bookkeeping or accounting experience
