Build detailed three-statement operating models, DCFs, and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions
Conduct research on acquisition targets and maintain the corporate development pipeline
Coordinate due diligence workstreams and synthesize findings for executive leadership
Prepare investment memos, board decks, and investor relations materials
Perform high-priority strategic finance analyses to support long-term business goals
Qualification
Required
Two to five years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and technical valuation methodologies
Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and multi-functional due diligence
Strong communication skills for presenting strategic insights to board-level stakeholders
Experience working with confidential data and live transaction environments
