Strategic Executive Sales Assistant
Voith Paper is seeking a Strategic Executive Sales Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to top-level leadership while driving strategic initiatives for business growth. The role involves executive partnership, sales strategy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor and right hand to the senior leadership; ability to be a strategic “sparring” partner to key stakeholders
Be the central point of execution in driving key projects and programs which support long-term strategic plan
Play an essential role in the development of high-impact initiatives
Analyze sales performance data including KPI’s to identify trends and provide actionable insights to influence decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Support, Mill/Field Service, Customers) to solve issues and drive enhanced customer experience
Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Represent executives in select meetings to support and drive execution
Lead or coordinate strategic projects that drive business growth, operational efficiency and customer experience
Ensure all activities comply with company policies including safety and compliance
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a culture where ownership, respect, teamwork and customer centricity are the North Star
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills are essential
Exceptional organizational, communication and strategic thinking skills
Interpersonal savvy is critical with strong influencing skills
Demonstrated leadership in coordinating stakeholders with varying priorities to deliver high-impact outcomes
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field preferred
Strong understanding of sales, previous sales experience a plus
Executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels
Previous experience with Salesforce and SAP would be a plus
