Responsibilities
Develop seasonal plans and monthly forecasts inclusive of sales, margin and inventory at the style level (leveraging analytics)
Develop strategies to meet Jordan financial goals
Build bottom-up forecasts to inform pre-season decisions
Weekly sales analysis to identify risk and opportunities
Collaborate with your Geo and Global cross functional teams to manage performance
Provide post-season assortment insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Provide the necessary recaps and analysis on the state of the business across the seasonal horizon
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated experience in assortment planning and understanding of financial, product and inventory planning
Strong Retail Planning Acumen
Current understanding of consumer and marketplace trends
The ability to leverage statistical forecasting, data science and new ways of working to develop plans and drive better decisions pre and in-season
Strong Excel skills are essential
Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills by developing accurate plans that optimize trade-offs and outcomes
Strong ability to influence and ability to design compelling communication grounded in data for key leadership stakeholders
Ability to work across a matrixed environment
